MFR 70: Great and Not-So-Great-Running Advice

Since runners, by nature, tend to be incredibly helpful to each other, it’s no surprise that when one runner asks for running advice, it pours forth in large quantity. This is probably a good thing, but it’s only a good thing if the giver and receiver exercise good judgment. I hope this episode of the Mojo for Running Podcast will help making this transfer of information more effective.
