MFR 61: Three Runners Decide to Try a Tri

With more and more sprint triathlon opportunities, many runners are deciding that the event might just be doable, and they are considering training for their first triathlon. Attracted by the challenge, these runners will all work on their swimming and biking skills, and the result of the increased cross training will be improved running.
