How utilizing a mini trampoline can add to your fitness and provide a low cost, convenient option for training inside when you need that option.

I’m always on the search for a new way to train or just that right piece of equipment to add to my training, and this last experiment has turned out to be a winner. Running on the rebounder, also known as a mini trampoline, provides a different kind of stress to my muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons, while also challenging my balance and coordination.

How could that not be a benefit to any runner? But there’s much more: It’s convenient, affordable, and small enough that almost anyone could find enough room for it, and it’s light enough to move from room to room on a whim? Sold?

You will be when you hear my full review. The one pictured is the one I bought on Amazon about 8 months ago.

Benefits? I outline all that I feel it’ll do for any runner. Below is a link to the one I bought (no benefit to me if you use the link), and a list of articles with research data, and a link to a great YouTube video that demonstrates one of several drills I describe.

This is the one I bought, Newan, 40 inch, pictured.
