Fail to plan, and you plan to fail.

True that. The right plan, executed wisely, will be much more likely to lead you to a successful goal race; however, there are many correct plans, many effective, proven routes to get the runner to the desired destination, and that’s the reason for this episode.

You will learn of the commonalities and the things that make one schedule different from another. You’ll be able to look at schedules from half a dozen sources and compare them, able to identify the elements that you’re looking for while having the knowledge to know which ones to cast aside.
