The longer I coach, the more strongly I feel that running form is an often overlooked avenue for veteran runners to improve and for beginning runners to succeed. In this episode, I discus proper running form as regards head position, shoulders, arm position and swing, core, foot strike, and arm/leg coordination. This single podcast coul easily be a distinct step toward a PR in your next race because good running form is more efficient. Improved running economy is arguably the most important element of running training besides the hard/easy principle.
