Oddly, relatively little is said about balance for runners. Yet, running is all about balance. Right? If you’re on two feet, you’re walking, and if you’re on one foot, you’re balancing. I am all about finding every conceivable way to improve running, and I’m an especially big fan of any means that is not intense, is easy to incorporate into daily training and is low intensity, which means you can do it every day and with little chance of injury. Balance is all those things and more. To me, that means all runners should give balance quite a lot of attention.
