I got to thinking that some people may have subscribed to this podcast at some point and never gone back to listen to the older Mojo for Running episodes. If that’s you, I sure hope you will go back and start with Episode #1, but in case you haven’t yet done that, in this podcast I’ll revisit the most important running training principles. I covered them long ago, but they are extremely important, more important than any other message I have ever expressed in this podcast. The hard/easy principle and once weekly long run will should be the core of your training.
